Button Club and Sit & Sew Today was my busy Thursday. I traveled to Little Rock to Keri's for Button Club and had a marvelous time. After that I went to the Mid Town Antique and Flea Market and found a petit point purse, a miniature high boy for Mary's doll house, a needlepoint and petit point pillow to make buttons out of and a box with a petit point lid to make a covered button out of. Then I ran home and called Keri. I picked out a statue for a friend and they forgot to get it to me and I forgot I had gotten it. Keri's going to pick it up. I raced home before 5:00 and called Mama & had supper at Wendy's.......enough said, except here the dumbest people in the universe work there. Then I ran home for Sit & Sew. Everyone left and I started sorting buttons. I am working and getting ready for a televised Friends of the Library, Learn a Bunch at Lunch program in August. |
