In my hectic life when I get overwhelmed I sit and sort buttons. You can forget about your troubles and those life experiences that need to and sorta get lost for awhile. So I collect and sort buttons. Once a month I attend a button group at a friend's house. We bring our lunch and we swap, study, trade give, buy, and card buttons. The ones that come are Keri, Pat, Barbara, Carol, Sally, and Brenda. We have a blast and stay most of the day.
I have been sorting buttons this spring. I paint scenes on cards and then add the buttons. The are are fun and creative and I get to paint! I have a blast. This August I am going to be the guest speaker at the Conway County's Learn a Bunch at Lunch meeting. It will be videoed for our local cable TV.
If you got any buttons you want to get rid of just let me know.
